We strive to make you happy with every order. If there’s something that you’re not happy with in regards to your order (defective product, incorrect product or quantity delivered, product damaged during shipping, etc.), just contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
We will be happy to assist you with your specific case and, if your return is approved, we will send you a replacement promptly. Please do not return any items before contacting our Customer Service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
We reserve the right to deny any return request.
If you accidentally placed an order with a wrong item/address, you will need to contact our Customer Service by emailing email@example.com in order to reach a resolution.
You’re not eligible for a return in the following situations:
- An incorrect order you placed was not corrected within 24 hours.
- The product is not defective or is damaged because of use or neglect.
- The product is not in the same condition as when you received it.
- All products on sale or sold at a discount are excluded from the right to return. Any paid expedited shipping will not be credited to the customer.
- All products must be returned in a perfect resalable condition.
- Any items displaying wears with marks or stretches will not be accepted.
